What Is Moroccan Beldi Black Soap?

 Made from olive oil and crushed olives, Moroccan beldi soap is:

  • a smooth, jelly-like paste
  • perfect for softening and preparing skin before exfoliation

It gently cleanses while keeping the skin hydrated and supple.

 

What Is West African Black Soap?

West African black soap (often from Ghana or Nigeria) is traditionally made from:

  • cocoa pod ash
  • plantain skins
  • palm or shea butter oils

 

It dries into a solid bar and creates a light foam when used. African black soap is known for:

  • targeting oily or acne-prone skin
  • helping with congestion and breakouts
