Delivery & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our delivery and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns and Refunds
- Customers have up to 10 days from the date of order to request a return. Any return or refund requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Refunds do not include the original delivery cost paid by the customer. If you wish to claim a refund for delivery, please contact Royal Mail directly.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless we have made an error with your order.
- When returning an item, please ensure you obtain proof of postage. We cannot process a refund or replacement without this.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or send out a replacement as soon as possible.
- Postage costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Delivery Information
- We apologize for any delays in delivery. Please note that delays with postal services are beyond our control, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.
- No orders are dispatched on Sundays or Bank Holidays as all postal services are closed on these days.
- For orders sent using a tracked delivery service, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the tracking system. Please ensure you choose a safe and secure address for your delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to correct it. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
International Deliveries & Customs
- We ship internationally and do our best to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.
- However, international shipments are subject to customs processes and local import regulations, which may cause delays.
- Please note: we are not accountable for any customs delays or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
